Capital Restaurant is now The Spread

The phone-order workflow you described is now end-to-end on the system. A cashier at the reception desk takes the order, the kitchen prints a ticket, the bill prints at the desk, and the server delivers the food and bill to the room. Five-percent GST, FSSAI line, signature block - all included.

Step 1
Guest calls
Cashier opens POS - The Spread, picks items, enters room number or caller phone.
Step 2
Two prints fire
KOT goes to the kitchen printer. Bill prints at the reception desk. Server takes both.
Step 3
Guest signs
Signed bill is the accounting voucher. If guest is checked in, folio auto-posts too.
